About Us

"The ability to learn is the most important quality a leader can have."
- Sheryl Sandberg

We are a learning company.

Our #1 priority is to help grow the minds and hearts of leaders, equipping them for complex and uncertain times. We exist to help leaders develop inner capacities to foster healthy human relationships that lead to creativity and innovation.

We are a small, minority and woman-owned, Hawaii-based business. Founded by I/O psychology strategist, Dr. Charletta Wilson in 2014, our values are continuous learning, integrity and love for people. Our brand honors diversity, advocates for equity and inclusion. We partner with organizations and professionals whose values and beliefs complement our own. Our learning programs are evidence-based, to include the Certified Dare to Lead™ curriculum originated by Dr. Brené Brown.

Our practice began as a talent assessment firm, brokering tools like Hogan Assessments, Leadership Versatility Index and EQi 2.0 to Hawaii businesses. As clients found value in the use of assessments, disruptions in the marketplace were happening requiring enhanced human skills. The need to accelerate employee growth and develop more heart-centered (whole-person) leadership became critical. As such, trauma-informed L & D and coaching have become the flagship services provided by Dr. Char and her team. Oh and yes...we dive into feelings and Spirit, too!

The CaPeesh body of work is influenced by direct study with luminaries, such as Bob Anderson, Brené Brown, Shirzad Chamine, Amy Fox, Zander Grashow, Thomas Hübl, Lisa Lahey, Gina LaRoche, Stephen Porges, Richard Schwartz, Dan Siegel and Jennifer Wynn. To date, we have supported tens of thousands of learners in over 40 countries.

James “Jay” Nobriga

Vice President, Distribution & Facilities Maui Soda & Ice Works, Ltd.

"Charletta helped me make sense of my experiences and access resources to be a better version of myself. The biggest step was to pay attention to my inner dialogue and stop worrying. Through coaching I learned to be a more confident leader. I gained new ways of thinking, added curiosity to my toolkit and learned to empower and build trust with others."
